Orders placed towards Mucca Production & Advertising SRL are considered firm after the offer has been approved and production/service provision has commenced.

1. Cancellation conditions
The order can be canceled before production begins at no additional cost.
If the cancellation occurs after production has started, the customer is responsible for:

• technical preparation costs (DTP, samples, mock-ups),
• materials already purchased,
• percentage of production completed.

These costs are communicated transparently based on the production estimate.

2. Cancellation after delivery
After delivery, cancellation is no longer possible, except in cases of non-compliance accepted by the parties.

3. Special situations
For projects with very short deadlines, imported materials, or components made by third parties, there may be specific conditions, which will be communicated before the order is confirmed.
