The website mucca.ro is operated by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL, having its registered office in Romania, Bucharest, Alee Mirea Mioara Luiza no. 1, building N22, staircase 2, 1st floor, apt. 21, district 4, and its working point in Ilfov County, Popești-Leordeni, Șos. Olteniței 209, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J20/1300/7147403 and having VAT number RO 31750754.
This document governs the use of the online payment form available on the website and represents the legal agreement between Mucca and its clients.

1. Scope of Service
Mucca Production & Advertising SRL does not operate an online shop.
The online payment form integrated with Netopia Payments is intended solely for the online settlement of invoices issued by Mucca for:

• advertising production services, project management and consultancy;
• promotional materials and POSM, customized according to the client’s specifications;
• ancillary services related to these activities, in accordance with the company’s authorized CAEN codes.

Mucca may provide any services listed in its Articles of Association and authorized CAEN business activities registered with the Trade Registry, including but not limited to: advertising production, printing, design, event logistics, digital solutions, customized materials, and other complementary marketing and advertising activities.
This website offers clients only a payment method for products and services previously contracted through a quotation and confirmed purchase order.

2. Payment Methods
Invoice payments may be made by:

• Online card payment, via Netopia Payments (Visa/Mastercard, etc.);
• Bank transfer, according to the details stated on the invoice.

The online payment is deemed completed upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment processor.

3. Pricing and Invoicing
All prices are established individually, depending on:

• volume,
• materials and production technology,
• customization requirements (logo, brand elements),
• specific technical criteria.

Prices and delivery terms are communicated in the quotation, and the order becomes binding upon the client’s confirmation.

4. Nature of the Products
Most products delivered by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL are customized and intended for a specific client use.
For customized products, returns are not possible (according to Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, Art. 16(c)).

5. Data Protection
Payment data is securely processed by Netopia Payments.
Mucca Production & Advertising SRL does not store card information.
Client contact data is used strictly for processing the payment and communication related to the order, in accordance with Mucca’s Privacy Policy.

6. Errors and Disputes
For any discrepancies regarding the amount or invoice details, clients may contact Mucca at:

7. Force Majeure
Mucca Production & Advertising SRL shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events outside its reasonable control.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
