The products and materials produced by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL are custom orders, with terms and conditions established by offer or contract.

1. Delivery methods
Delivery can be made by:

• transport organized by Mucca Production & Advertising SRL
• courier services,
• direct pickup by the customer from the headquarters of Mucca Production & Advertising SRL

The delivery time is communicated in writing, and the production status is tracked and communicated to the customer upon request.

2. Receipt of products
The customer is required to check:

• quantity,
• integrity of the delivery,
• compliance with the agreed specifications.

Comments must be sent within 48 hours of receipt to the email address hello@mucca.ro or to the contact person to whom the order was placed.
After that, the order is considered accepted.

3. Customized products
Since the products are made according to the customer's specifications, returns are not possible, except in cases where:

• the product has manufacturing defects,
• the specifications delivered do not correspond to those approved by the customer.

In these cases, Mucca undertakes to remedy the non-conformities within a reasonable time.
